Yikes!! The first pics of Snake Eyes from the upcoming G.I Joe movie are floating around. He looks pretty darn awesome I think. He also is pretty scary looking too. Snake Eyes is played by your favorite cut in half Sith, Ray Park. I’ve never seen Ray Park’s face without a mask or paint but I assume he has some kind of awful scar because the guy never gets to play a role with his face showing.

The movie is supposed to be coming in 2009 so we gotta a while to wait but I always loved G.I Joe so I’m excited about it, really excited after seeing these pics.

Way back when we posted that Kristin Kreuk would be playing Chun Li in the upcoming Street Fighter : Legend of Chun Li movie. Now the cast is growing. That uber-hottie Chris Klein will be playing the part of Nash [aka Charlie]. You may remember Klein from such master-pieces as RollerBall and the American Pie series.

Also joining the cast is Michael Clarke Duncan as Balrog. You may remember him as the large black man in the Green Mile and he played Kingpin in Daredevil. Duncan has quite a few video game voice acting jobs under his belt also.

Also Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas will be in the movie, Rick Yun, Moon Bloodgood, Edmund Chen, and Cheng Pei Pei were also added to the film.

As much as we’ve seen of the whole Steampunk trend you’d think we would be tired of it, right? Well I’m not yet tired of it and it’s mostly because of sweetness like this Iron Man.

Usually AgentZero posts this kind of stuff, but I had to post this. It makes me even more excited for the movie that comes out later this year.

The trailer for Indy VI came out. I know Indy is old but dang this trailer is the BALLS!! I’ve heard a lot of haters out there ripping on Indy and saying “he’s to old” that this movie won’t live up to the high Indiana Jones level we know and love. Well watch the trailer and let me know what you think.

Personally I’m looking forward to it.

Captain’s log star-date May 8th 2009, the new Star Trek movie will be released to the masses……but wait a sec wasn’t it supposed to come out Dec. 25th 2008? Yea that’s right Trekkie’s you’ll have to wait for J.J. Abrams to ruin your beloved Star Trek. I’m sure it has something to do with the writers strike being over and he needs more time to change the script.

Oh yea by the way THE WRITERS STRIKE IS OVER!!! We haven’t said anything about that yet but it’s over. The damage has been done though and we’ll have to wait for some of our favorite shows to come back next season.

I’m getting off track though. Back to Star Trek and J.J. Abrams. Although I give him credit for started a great show in Lost I still think his movie Cloverfield was a waste of time and money. He seems to have great ideas to start but can never seem to figure out how to finish anything. He left Lost unfinished and the show suffered, so much so that like myself people left and haven’t come back. Cloverfield was a great idea and could have been great but it was an unfinished movie that really gave us nothing in the end.

Anyone wanna defend J.J.? I’ll listen to ya so bring it on.

Rumor has it that Venom may get his own feature film. IESB reports that “Marvel is moving forward with a new stand alone film” and that it has been confirmed that “the studio” has met recently with several “A list writers” about a spin-off film. I am so glad. I was disappointed with Spider-Man 3’s Venom. Come on…Topher Grace. Are you serious? I don’t know who they’ll get to play Venom. Maybe Vin Diesel? You never know. I just hope I’m not let down again.

The first in game video hit for the upcoming Street Fighter game.Game looks pretty solid. You know for just seeing Ryu and Ken fight for a bit. This game has been getting all kind of press and looks like it will continue until it is released. We’ll keep you up to date.

It’s not all bad for the upcoming Street Fighter : Legend of Chun Li movie. At least she’ll be hot. Kristin Kreuk of Smallville fame will play the lightning leg kicking hottie. I guess she’s half Asian so that’s a bit better then Jessica Biel who had be rumoured to be playing the role. Although either one is nice to look at.

I gotta say that Chun Li was my girl on Street Fighter, but I still am a bit puzzled on why she’ll get her own movie. Hopefully they will be able to get Jean Claude Van Damme to reprise his role as Guile and Kylie Minogue will come back as Cammy. I choose not to make a Raul Julia as M. Bison joke because he’s dead.

If you wanna be surprised by the new T4 plot don’t read on.

If like me your ready for the Terminator series to die. Still can’t believe there will not only be a new movie but also a new TV series. No build up or anything just that CHUD’s Devin Faraci dropped this on us.

John Connor is not the main character of Terminator 4; that character is someone named Marcus. Marcus was put ‘out of commission’ before the nuclear holocaust on Judgment Day and he wakes up about 15 years before the future we see in the original Terminator films, which puts the movie at about 2015 or so. Marcus is a bad ass – think along the lines of Riddick – and what he finds is a blasted world filled with horror. Radiation poisoning, starvation, rampant jaywalking – all the things you expect post-apocalypse. There’s also John Connor, who is trying to build a utopian society while running the human resistance. Connor’s role is apparently bigger in the second film; whoever they hire for Marcus (my understanding is that the part is not yet cast) will be around for all three films. Terminator 4 is going to be the most male-centric of all the Terminator films, but there is a butt busting female character by the name of Blair, a pilot for the human resistance.They’re going to need some buttkickers, because the scope of the action in Terminator 4 is HUGE. Lots of machine action in this film, including some battles with the T-600s. Yup, the rubber skin Terminators. And there’s another familiar character that shows up – Reese shows up in a scene with John Connor. I don’t know what his involvement in the next two films will be, though.

The cast of the upcoming G.I Joe movie is getting bigger and more character actorish by the day. Last week Sienna Miller and Ray Park were cast as The Baroness and Snake Eyes respectively. Poor Ray Park another role where he has his face covered.

This week sees 4 more cast rumors. Rachel Nichols will be Scarlett. You may recognize her from her last movie P2 ….. oh you didn’t see that! Ummm maybe you recognize her from the TV show Alias. Korean actor Byung-Hun Lee will be playing Cobras resident ninja Storm Shadow. He was the star of Lost Planet the video game. Also just added  Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Said Taghmaoui to the cast. They’ll be playing “Heavy Duty” and “Breaker”. Triple A ( like that clever short version of his name?) was in The Mummy Returns, The Bourne Identity or Get Rich or Die Tryin’. Taghmaoui was in  I Heart Huckabees and Hidalgo and a bunch of things about middle eastern terrorists. He was also the guy who tortured Mark Walhberg in Three Kings, “my main man”.
